My important things of life (#1 - Art)

I'm going to write this series of posts about my important things of life in English to thank every friend and fan outside Finland. I know there's many of them who continues to ask me how I'm doing, what I'm doing, where I'm going and they're truely interested to hear about me so I'm trying to give something back 'cause I can't always reply to everyone and I'm a bit sad about it sometimes. I also want to apologize for all the finnish readers 'cause I know that I can't express myself quite as well as in finnish. Whether you're from finland or somewhere else.. I love my friends and fans.

I have always loved everything beautiful and had my own sense of beauty. It's one of the things that has always defined me not only as a person but as an artist also. Whether it's beautiful painting, beautiful landscape, beautiful person, beautiful piece of music, beauty in a small things or human actions I have always been sensitive for these things around me. I see beauty everywhere and inside everyone.

So far I've been lucky to live my life in my own way. I've had so much beauty around me and I've been able to do what I've wanted. For me every note is beautiful and my life's full of melodies made from series of beautiful notes. Most importantly I've had time to fill my life with those beautiful things.

As you might have figured it out already.. for me art and beauty walks hand in hand. But as I said earlier I have my own way of seeing beauty and I'm quite sure everyone feels these things in a different way. What I wanna say is that art is all around us. You don't have to be "someone special" or rich, or an artist to notice it and no matter who you are, where are you from or what is your background you can always create art and by somehow you're probably doing it all the time. So I'm always trying to encourage people to embrace the art that surrounds us. No matter if it's the way someone walks or how someone is truely him/herself and you can tell it from a mile away, how nature changes over time or season, the way you make your coffee.. maybe it's a mother taking care of a child or how beautiful butterflies are. No matter what do you prefer our world is full of art and I've had so much pleasure being sensitive for it. I can only recommend for everyone to open up their senses for art :)

Today I was doing my basic things in the amazing world of internet while I pumped into this beautiful piece of text which really influenced me to start this series already tonight. I just want to thank the author for being such a great artist and a huge inspiration for me and many others. Her thoughts seems to be just like mine have always been. So everyone, go ahead and let your world be your masterpiece :)

"For me art is not just fancy, expensive paintings you see in museums. It's everywhere. Someday I want to be able to say "I live in art, I am art". You don't have to be cool, rich or have a special talent - just think what art means for you and make your life look like your favorite movie scene or color it with your fav shade of lipstick."

I wish everyone a great weekend and hope you come back for the second part of this series :)

Truely yours,
